Payment Policy
Please note that your registration will only be valid once full payment is received by the PCO Secretariat. Priority to activities with limited capacity will be given to those who have paid in full.
All invoices issued must be paid before the Symposium. All amounts are in euro. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer (for groups only) through a secured page on the Symposium website.
Outstanding amounts will be collected at the onsite rate. When registering at the Registration Desk, please bring a copy of your proof of payment in case your registration fees were not credited to the Symposium account in time. A credit card and signature may be required as guarantee of payment.
All charges for payment transactions are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Invoices are only sent by email.
Special requests for the processing of the invoice should kindly be submitted in writing to the organisers’ office. For the reissuing of invoices €100 (excl VAT) will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
After receipt of the confirmation of the individual or group registrations and/or hotel reservation, 100% cancellation costs apply (no refunds). Cancellations have to be made in written to the PCO Secretariat via towards_new_standards@seauton-international.com
A cancelled individual registration can be taken over by another participant (= name change) until Monday 25 March, 2019. A name change fee of €75 excluding 21% VAT is applicable. Name changes have to be made in written to the PCO Secretariat via towards_new_standards@seauton-international.com
Privacy Policy
Please be informed that pictures will be taken during the Symposium. By participating in the Symposium, you consent to the publication, release, exhibition and/or reproduction of such photos to be used for the TNS Symposium website. In case you don't want your picture to be published on the event website, please inform the PCO secretariat via towards_new_standards@seauton-international.com
